One of Our Bloodlines
3B's Dexterity is the white rabbit in the picture. Her bloodline is almost entirely from Rocky Altic's Maxine
and Rocky Altic's Big Mac that Barbi Brown and Kathy Rynard brought back from the ARBA Convention. There is also
a bit of Clouse in the back pedigree as well. Dex throws beautiful babies. Probably due to the Rocky Altic parents,
Dex is a significantly longer bigger rabbit than my other Flemish with a bigger head as well. So far, her babies follow
her size.
Dexterity herself has been to only one ( 2?) minor show. She has a nasty habit of backing up to the urine guard
to pee so she always has an unshoweable stained rear. Dex is probably my strongest Flemish Giant, going strong at 2 1/2 years.
I tried to retire her like the others, but she was having none of it so she is still breeding.
She is a bit too valuable to me to go to any shows again.
Her next litter is with the fawn buck SLJohn Russell due July 19.
Another Bloodline
SL John Russell is a half Bill Mairs and half Allen Bush rabbit. Mostly fawn with a bit of sandy in the
ped. A bit on the small side but very well balanced and able to hold his own on the table. His own babies are neck and neck
with him in competition but are significantly larger than he is. When SL John Russell granded he weighed in at 14.5 at 11
months.
He is a real sweet and handsome rabbit but lacks the size and strength of my Altic rabbit.
I have had no problems with sore hocks in these two lines.

While we welcome all people, youth and adults
to our rabbitry we believe that 4H youth are the future for the rabbit show, breeding, commercial meat and fur, and pet industries.
Therefore preference is given to 4H youth in price and picks of our animals.
